G-Factors

As discussed in “The G-Factor” and “How to attain the G-factor” articles, the G-factors will help improve the operating costs of multifamily communities and enhance the attractiveness to residents.  So what are the G-factors?  In this section we describe the three major categories and provide a thorough review of ways to implement greener products and practices.
