Marketing to Residents

The “G-factor” impacts both sides of the profitability equation.  The prior section on G-factors emphasized the cost savings associated with practical energy efficiency and renewable solutions.  However, don’t overlook the revenue side of the equation; marketing the “G-factor” to current and prospective residents can improve occupancy rates and even pricing.  In this section we introduce marketing to residents with the following topics:

1. Why you should market the “G-factor”: explains the key advantages that marketing green and energy efficiency aspects of your community can provide.

2. How to market the “G-factor”: provides an introduction to the main avenues to market your communities green improvements or status.
